Thank you for choosing Frozy Wear! We carefully process your order within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once it’s ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

All orders within the Netherlands are shipped via trusted carriers like PostNL or DHL. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. For international orders, delivery usually ranges from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
